We have developed some focused coaching & training workshops that map to the most common challenges in taking business strategy into delivering better Sales and Marketing. We will tailor workshops and open discussions to focus on your specific issues and needs.

 

Due to the highly transactional nature of consulting only after preliminary discussions with the client will it become clear the nature and scope of the work.

 

We offer an initial free consultation and give you feedback as to the most effective way forward. We have consolidated around four key focus areas,

  • Sales Health Review

  • Problem Solving Workshop

  • Sales Funnel & Forecast Workshop

  • Balanced Scorecard workshop

 

All workshops and on-site consultations require additional off-site time for analysis and report/verbal feedback

 

Open consultancy is delivered on the following basis,

  • Estimated duration, quoted on a ‘not to exceed’ value

  • Fixed price contract (scope and deliverable's agreed)

  • Consulting Annual Retention Fee, based upon an agreed number of consultation days per annum

 

Travel and accommodation (as necessary) are charged as a Pass-Through cost
