Balanced Scorecard Workshop

 

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) facilitates measuring the organisational equivalent of their engine temperature, wind speed and altitude - to get where they want to go and meet or exceed their overall organisational goals.

 

We have developed an adapted form of the original Balanced Scorecard (Kaplan & Norton) based on key metrics into a framework on which to build future business growth.

 

Harnessing a company's intangible assets, including internal business processes, learning and growth and a customer dimension is crucial to grow organisational value. Creating metrics by which intangibles can be measured is a key challenge.
